Jeff and Kristine purchased this store to continue giving Michigan musicians access to quality instruments, honest advice, and a real community to belong to.

Jeff brings years of hands-on experience as a player and a has genuine passion for helping people find the right instrument. Whether he’s tracking down a hard-to-find piece of gear or helping a first-time buyer find their sound, he treats every customer like a fellow musician. Kristine keeps the heart of the store beating — managing the day-to-day, connecting with the community, and making sure everyone who walks through the door feels welcome.

Rock Solid also has an experienced in-house repair technician on staff — so whether your guitar needs a setup, a fret job, or a full restoration, it’s in expert hands without ever leaving Midland.
