By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Your purchase from a Third-Party Vendor is subject entirely to that vendor’s own terms of sale, return policy, warranty terms, and privacy policy. 3.2 Products Sold Directly by Rock Solid Music
We sell a limited selection of branded merchandise directly through the Site, including hats, clothing, and apparel items (“Direct Sale Items”). Purchases of Direct Sale Items are transactions directly between you and Rock Solid Music, and are governed by these Terms and our Return Policy.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Direct Sale Items
All orders for Direct Sale Items are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Prices for Direct Sale Items are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Michigan state law and the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
4.2 Third-Party Purchases
For products purchased through affiliate or direct links to Third-Party Vendors, all pricing, payment processing, taxes, and billing terms are determined and handled solely by the respective Third-Party Vendor. Rock Solid Music has no control over and assumes no liability for Third-Party Vendor pricing, payment terms, or billing disputes.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms for Direct Sale Items, including estimated delivery times, shipping methods, and shipping costs, will be presented to you at checkout. Risk of loss and title for Direct Sale Items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
For products purchased through Third-Party Vendors, all shipping and delivery terms are governed exclusively by the Third-Party Vendor’s policies.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds for Direct Sale Items (hats, clothing, and apparel) are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Return Policy for complete details on eligibility, conditions, timeframes, and procedures.
For products purchased through Third-Party Vendors via affiliate or direct links on our Site, all return and refund requests must be directed to the applicable Third-Party Vendor. Rock Solid Music cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for products sold by Third-Party Vendors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, trade dress, and software, is the property of Rock Solid Music or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
Product names, logos, and images displayed through affiliate or third-party links remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes only.
8. User Conduct

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR DIRECT SALE ITEMS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
